How to Use Simbrinza Ophthalmic (Brimonidine Tartrate / Brinzolamide)?
Wash hands thoroughly before applying the drops to avoid contamination.
Shake the bottle well before each use to ensure the solution is mixed properly.
Tilt your head back and gently pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
Instill one drop into the affected eye(s) as directed by your doctor.
Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes after applying the drops and apply gentle pressure to the corner of the eye to prevent the medication from draining into your tear duct.
If using other eye drops, wait at least 5 minutes between applications.
Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface, including your eye, to prevent contamination.
Store the medication properly, away from heat and direct light, and keep the cap tightly closed.

Investigation Process
PharmaServe will work with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to investigate claims of lost or damaged packages.
Customers may be required to provide documentation to assist in the investigation process.
Resolution Process
During the investigation:
Replacement medication may be offered at 50% of the original cost.
If the investigation confirms the medication was safely delivered, the customer will pay the remaining balance for the replacement.
If the investigation outcome favors the customer, PharmaServe will cover up to the full cost of the medication, excluding shipping fees.
If the investigation outcome does not favor the customer, PharmaServe will not issue a refund or provide a replacement.
