Do not use Zepbound if:
- You or anyone in your family has had a certain type of thyroid cancer called MTC or you have a medical condition called MEN 2 that affects your endocrine system.
- You have had a severe allergic reaction to tirzepatide or any of the substances used in Zepbound. You can find a list of these ingredients at the end of this Medication Guide.
