The spray is typically used one or two times per day in each nostril. Before using, blow your nose to clear the nostrils. Prime the spray if it’s the first time you’re using it or if it hasn’t been used in a few days. Tilt your head slightly forward, insert the spray nozzle into one nostril, and spray while gently breathing in. Repeat in the other nostril.
