Humalog Mix 25 Cartridge Drug Info (Pack with 5 cartridges x 3 mL each)

Humalog Mix 25 Cartridges contain Insulin Lispro which is a genetically engineered form of insulin. Humalog 25/75 is a mixture of 25% longer acting insulin and 75% fast acting insulin. This combination helps to better stimulate the activity of naturally occuring insulin. With the rapid onset of insulin lispro combined with the extended duration of insulin lispro protamine, you get a full day of protection against blood sugar level fluctuations.

These cartridges contain a combination of fast-acting insulin lispro and longer acting insulin protamine.

The combination of both lispro and lispro protamine together closely relates to the action of naturally produced insulin in those without diabetes. Providing a steady release of insulin throughout the day, coupled with mealtime blood sugar level regulation, can help reduce your symptoms and increase your overall well-being.

Always follow the health advice of your doctor or other healthcare professional.
